裝潢好美，看得出老闆很用心，很多巧思 老闆服務態度很好 餐點超好吃 今天點了辣奶油義大利麵醬很多很辣很香，提拉米蘇是濕的，酒香超濃郁超香 ㊗生意興隆！ 小本經營沒有刷卡，希望老闆能準備轉帳QR code，像街口轉帳.Line轉帳，方便又沒有手續費

第一次來，進門被裝潢迷到，以為是設計師的家老闆很用心的裝潢，從配色到材質選擇與訂製桌，在這樣的空間用餐休息覺得很舒服，老闆與老闆娘都很親切，還有可愛的臘腸狗寶貝，到處都有臘腸狗的巧思。 辣味雞肉義大利麵辣度適中美味，辣味章魚薄餅真的是中辣（對我來說有點辣），焦糖奶茶好喝上面有焦糖醬與奶泡，提拉米蘇味道很夠還有酒香超棒，整體很棒的店，還是寵物友善，下次我要帶狗狗一起來享受

初次到訪，不到11:00就開始有人在排隊了，幸好來得早，不然這家沒有訂位服務，店面小小間的，桌數不多，有一張六人桌，一個靠窗像吧台的位子有五個，兩張2-4人小桌，店裡很多臘腸擺設超可愛，還有復古的喇叭放音樂整體氛圍超棒，但冷氣真的有夠冷，記得帶件外套，餐點的義大利麵，每次都不太一樣，這次去是圓圓的通心粉一樣，口感比較硬一點，調味的味道有感受到店家有用心挑選過，薄餅也好好吃，飲品好喜歡西西里氣泡咖啡，酸甜的口感加上氣泡水整個很夏天的戀愛感，整體五顆星，是可以來這邊嚐鮮打發時間的

主食義大利麵 店家有先提醒今天使用的是貓耳朵麵和人多需要久候 我覺得很棒 有先溝通很好 來用餐的人幾乎都有等待一些時間 但是我覺得等待是值得的 空間也很舒適 辣奶油口味我覺得比小辣再多一點點 蝦子很嫩 中間的生菜拌入麵中也不突兀很好吃 提拉米蘇真的非常美味！！ 底下的手指餅乾浸泡咖啡液很足 是濕潤的類型 咖啡液帶一點微酸 酒味有一點點 搭配上層的乳酪餡 香濃滑順 巧克力球是點睛之筆 好喜歡 希望大家都來吃吃看

My laptop and I visit a lot of cafes. As an author, I’m always looking for good places not only to eat and drink but to sit and write for hours. As a teacher, I believe in scoring according to various criteria. With that in mind, these are my opinions about this one. Food: **** I had the garlic butter shrimp with French bread. It was DELICIOUS!! I only took off a star because the shrimp were messy to eat, since they came with their tails still on, and it was hard to peel the tails off with the shrimp submerged in the buttery sauce. Also, two slices of bread weren’t enough for the amount of sauce. Next time, I might order additional bread on the side. My friend had the garlic pasta with chicken and said it was great. (She’s been here once before; she mentioned she’s loved everything she’s eaten at Gabi Bon.) Drinks: **** I ordered the orange latte, out of curiosity. It had orange zest (bits of orange peel) scattered over the surface, which gave it a nice but faint flavor after I stirred them in. Otherwise, it was basically an ordinary latte. Prices: **** Variety of Menu Options Available: **** There are quite a few delicious-sounding meals available, but not many small snacks Variety of Non-Coffee Drink Options: **** English Menu? Pleasant Environment/Comfortable to Write In: ***** This is a fun little pet-friendly dachshund-themed cafe (with the owners’ live dachshund hanging out with them behind the counter). The music wasn’t too loud or distracting while I was there, and the chairs are fairly comfortable. There are some movable cushions available, too. Service was a little slow because the cafe was crowded for a while, and they only had two people working, but since I knew I was going to stay for several hours, that wasn’t a problem. 店面非常低調，走過路過真的會不小心錯過 沉穩內斂的木質調裝潢、舒適愜意的氛圍 療癒了濕答答的午後 在店裡還可以玩「臘腸狗在哪裡？」 處處都可以看見可愛臘腸的身影 有夠喜歡 會想二訪嘗試其他餐點！ - 柚香明太子義大利麵 醬汁濃郁，麵條熟度也很剛好 但柚香味不明顯，不特別驚艷，是耐吃型選手，不知不覺就會吃完的那種 - 帕瑪森檸檬蒜香義大利麵（舒肥雞） 有淡淡的檸檬清香 夏日清爽的選擇～ 雞肉的部分，跟外面舒肥雞的口感不太一樣，吃起來比較像水煮的，不過不會乾柴～ - 橙香拿鐵（冰） 濃郁的奶香中帶點柳橙香氣，不會過度甜膩 真心大推

在林口巷弄裡，GABI BON 如同村上春樹筆下的咖啡館，有著一種敘事中的靜謐與淡淡孤獨。 深沉的木質調裝潢映在落地窗裡，微光流動，彷彿樹影也在低語。 我推門進去，門鏈輕響的瞬間，時間仿佛停止。 空氣中飄散著咖啡與甜點的香氣，混合著淡淡的吐司脆香，像是某段過去在記憶深處重生。 不大的空間裡，階梯與牆面覆上了一層低語的顏色， 而牆角的復古收音機在暖黃色燈光的映照下，彷彿整個空間都被時間溫柔包裹。 我們帶著狗狗在階梯上輕輕落下、牠門的毛髮在燈光中閃著柔亮的光澤，鏡頭裡的每一幀都像一張復古明信片。 我點了「海鹽焦糖鮮奶茶」，喝下去的瞬間，微甜帶鹹，恰似人生裡那種不水不火的感動——既熟悉又捉摸不定； 而提拉米酥在舌尖逐層崩解，奶香與脆皮巧克力球的對話，讓人忽然記起一場遠去的午後對談 。 若是帶著愛犬或貓咪來，GABI BON 也會靜靜接納。 牠們可以落地、散步、甚至靠在你腳邊一同觀察這微小的日常。 在這裡，人的輪廓與動物的輪廓同時清晰，卻又和諧地融合成一種「共在」的美好片刻。
